Here the tide is so far out you could walk round to Booby’s Bay on the sand. I am particularly pleased with the sense of movement in the surf and the sunlight on the sea and Dinas Head. The small figures receding in size help generate a feeling for the scale of the vast expanse, while at the same time inviting the viewer to join them in a walk over the sand.
