The day I painted this picture it was blowing hard from the south-west but I managed to find a small pocket of shelter in ‘Sunny Corner’ on the beach at Trevone. The showers and wind kept up all day but did not of course stop those keen holiday makers from donning their wetsuits and heading into the surf, or me from painting them.
